Privacy Policy

This policy covers the sophospro.com website and the Sophos PRO app (sophospro.htftstats.com.br), a free bankroll management app for sports betting.

What we collect

  • Account: name, email, WhatsApp number and password. The password is stored hashed: nobody on the team can read it. The WhatsApp number keeps it to one account per person.
  • What you record in the app: bankrolls, bets, deposits and withdrawals, goals, mood, course progress and the files you import (spreadsheet, CSV, PDF, screenshot).
  • Bet slip photo or screenshot: when you use AI reading, the image is sent to Google (Gemini) only to extract the bet details.
  • Notifications: if you turn on the reminder or the weekly summary, we store your browser's push subscription.
  • Connect AI (optional): if you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI client, we store the link and what that AI reads or changes, so you can review and revoke it.
  • Projeto Impetus: if you buy it, our subscription panel sends us your email and customer id to grant access.

Usage statistics (Google Analytics and our own pixel)

We measure visits to learn where people come from and what they use, with two tools:

  • Google Analytics 4, for statistics only. Advertising cookies are turned off: we do not use Google Analytics for ads, remarketing or personalization, and Google Signals is off. We never send Google your name, email or phone number, and the addresses we send carry no bankroll, bet or account identifier. In the logged-in area we use an internal id from our panel, never your email. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies.
  • Our own pixel (api.htftstats.com.br): counts visits and checkout clicks with a random session code stored in the browser. It uses no cookie and collects no personal data.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. To opt out of Google Analytics, block third-party cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • Creating and running your account, storing and analyzing your records, reading bet slips, sending service emails (activation and password) and the notifications you turned on: performance of a contract.
  • Usage statistics for the site and the app, security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.
  • Meeting legal requirements: legal obligation.

We do not sell your data and Sophos PRO sends no marketing email.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that keep Sophos running: the servers the app runs on; Mailgun, which delivers service emails; Google (Gemini, to read bet slips, and Google Analytics, for statistics); WorkOS, for the Connect AI sign-in; and your browser's push service. Some are outside Brazil, with the safeguards the LGPD requires for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Account data and your records are kept while the account exists. After you ask for deletion, we erase them within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Google Analytics keeps events for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, port or delete your data, find out who we share it with and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also export your bets as CSV at any time inside the app. For any request, write to [email protected]. You may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

Age

Sophos PRO is for people aged 18 or over.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Important changes are announced in the app.
